We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at: novgoodssupport@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost
There is no restocking fee, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once your return request is received, our customer care team will reach out within 1 business day.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order by emailing novgoodssupport@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
